The Hawks will be accepting preliminary applications on January 12, 2015. More information is below.
One-bedroom and two-bedroom units will be available. Sample unit plans and overall floor plans can be found on the Property Features page.
LaCasa, Inc. will begin accepting applications on January 12, 2015 at 9 a.m. This is a first-come, first-reviewed process. Applications will be date and time stamped in the order they are received – a $25 non-refundable application fee per adult (cash or money order) must be received in order to be stamped.
The order the applications are received only creates the order in which the applications will be reviewed by LaCasa, Inc., and does not guarantee approval.

Get application forms
Obtain application forms by visiting LaCasa, Inc./Arbor Ridge Apartments Office at 413 Arbor Ct, Goshen, IN 46528,
or download and print the Loft Application and relevant supporting forms:
Submit application forms and non-refundable application fee ($25 per adult – cash or money order only)
Submit your completed questionnaire, rental application and relevant supporting forms in person or by mailing them to LaCasa, Inc./Arbor Ridge Apartments at 413 Arbor Ct, Goshen, IN 46528. Application fee must be paid before it will be time stamped and reviewed ($25 non-refundable fee per adult – cash or money order only). The income verification process could take +/- two weeks depending on your particular application. We may contact you for clarification or more information during this time.
Selection Committee interviews begin February, 2015
Once your application has been received, recorded and income-qualified, interviews will be initiated by LaCasa, Inc. in February 2015. You will be contacted directly by LaCasa, Inc. The purpose of this interview is to qualify you as an artist/entrepreneur per the plan for this property.
Apartment is selected and security deposit paid
Once you are income-qualified and approved by the Selection Committee, a specific unit may be selected with the payment of the security deposit, which is equal to one month’s rent.
Sign your lease, pay first month’s rent and move in!
Move in will begin in April, 2015. Once you sign your lease and pay your first month’s rent you may move into your new home.
Note: These anticipated dates are subject to change. Additional information related to exact dates will be distributed as we get closer to the date of completion.
